Thymoma with Myasthenia Gravis in Pregnancy: A Case Report

Thymoma is the commonest mediastinal tumour but a rare type of thymic unknown aetiology. The overall incidence thymoma 0.13 per 100,000 persons year which even rarer in pregnancy. Until this date, specific link between and pregnancy has not been identified. Presentations are also variables includes chest pain, respiratory insufficiency, superior vena cava syndrome or non-specific symptoms like fever weight loss. An autoimmune paraneoplastic disease often linked with myasthenia gravis (MG), hypogammaglobinaemia, aplastic anaemia systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Here we describe case who had successfully delivered underwent surgical removal postpartum.
